QR menu vs paper — what it actually costs
Paper reprints every season. A QR menu is 120–350 to set up and 15–30 a month if you change prices for them. Bundle with the FAQ bot at 350–550. One language in v1.
Type the current paper exactly. Do not redesign the food in week one.
The bot and the page must share the sheet. Two menus is how guests get the wrong price.
Second language is an upsell after they change dishes for real.
