Hours, Closed today, menu, address, cards, dietary flags that are on the sheet, booking slots. Nothing the owner did not write. Invented dishes are worse than no bot.
Guests will ask for items you do not have. The honest reply is: not on today’s sheet.
Booking is a ping, not a deposit on your personal card.
Waitlist is an add-on for full rooms. Empty Tuesday lunch does not need it.
