Setup 100–250. Then 20–40 per month. Add-on, not week one unless they are full.
First message
When someone cancels, the table dies. You tap once, the next three get a message. 150 setup, 25 a month.
Trap
Speed is the product. A pretty app they open in 10 taps is a fail. Empty rooms do not need this.
